Streamside Parks is focused on acquiring, improving, and operating RV Park Resorts & Campgrounds, primarily throughout the Southeast. With a focus on stable properties with long-term occupants and strategic, desirable locations, we strive to provide solid returns to our investors AND operate campgrounds that delight our residents and campers.

Position Summary: 

We are growing quickly and always seeking qualified, highly motivated individuals to join our team as Park Managers. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of park operations, ensuring the property runs smoothly and efficiently while providing an outstanding experience for our guests. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including daily park management, team leadership, guest services, maintenance oversight, financial management, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests to ensure a personable and memorable experience.

  • Manage the resources and assets of the property, including all buildings, equipment, and  amenities.

  • Conduct ongoing marketing activities to attract new customers and grow sales.

  • Hire and manage all park employees.

  • Maximize the profitability of the park.

  • Maintain the park and ensure that it remains clean and attractive at all times.

  • Partner with the corporate marketing team to attract new guests.

  • Analyze and manage the operational budget of the resort to improve its profitability.


Skills and Experience: 

  • A bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and commensurate experience.

  • You are a true operator and understand the complexities of the daily tasks in this role.

  • You have at least 5 years of property management experience; previous management experience in an RV, hotel or multifamily setting preferred.

  • Marketing and sales experience is a plus.

  • Prepare, manage, and analyze the operational budget of the park(s).

  • You are efficient at using computer systems and have excellent skills in Google Suite applications, and other web-based applications.

  • You have a current driver's license.
